Breakfast
For early starts and slow mornings alike, breakfast at Greengos is about food that fuels your body and coffee that’s worth waking up for.
Our kitchen serves fresh, made-from-scratch breakfast dishes, with options ranging from spicy shakshuka and avocado toast to homemade granola bowls, alongside a natural smoothie bar serving tropical fruit blends that are light and refreshing.
Coffee is served all day, with specialty coffees made from local Guatemalan beans and expertly prepared by our baristas.
Lunch & Dinner
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or fueling up for the next adventure, our menu has something for everyone.
Everything is made on-site using quality ingredients, balancing comfort food and lighter options. Our menu mixes Mediterranean-inspired dishes with classic hostel favorites, all meant to be shared and enjoyed together.
We proudly serve Guatemalan coffee from Coban, Alta Verapaz.
Bar & Lounge
The bar is the social hub of Greengos, designed as a central gathering space for guests throughout the day.
Our creative cocktails and non-alcoholic infusions use fresh, local ingredients inspired by Guatemalan flavours, and we serve a selection of national beers, imported options, and local craft brews.
Pool Bar
Sun-soaked and social, nothing beats the heat quite like an afternoon in our saltwater swimming pool — cool off with a local beer or a refreshing mixed drink at the swim-up pool bar.
